From Meath originally, Owen comes from a farming background and has had a lifelong interest in land and estate management. Owen now lives in Dublin’s Docklands, is the joint owner of (he believes) the best dog in the world and has a keen interest in animal welfare; he is an avid sports fan and cheers on Meath, Leinster and Liverpool in particular. Owen represents the Docklands SME & Start-up Partnership on the Docklands Oversight & Consultative Forum – established in February 2017 by Dublin City Council.
