The Property

A special, end of terrace, villa style residence boasting a very spacious interior and a superb garden with a raised deck overlooking the Cammock. Dating from 1912, but with a modern, architect designed extension and interior which was recently renovated, behind the period facade is deceptively spacious accommodation which is presented in turn-key condition. This is a great location in heart of Kilmainham beside the site of the new children’s hospital and on the doorstep of the city centre and close to the M50. The renovation in 2010 included a fully fitted Kube kitchen & utility, rewiring, re-plumbing, insulation in the walls, new wardrobes and two new bathrooms.

The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, living room, a very attractive sun-room with pitched roof, a generous kitchen/dining room, utility room, two double bedrooms, a study (currently used as a bedroom) and two bathrooms. The wonderful garden to rear enjoys privacy, a large deck, outdoor lighting and a very useful block shed. Above the block shed is a unique deck accessed by stairs which enjoys all day sun and attractive views over the Cammock River. To front there is ample resident’s permit parking.
