Michelle began her career in the hospitality industry, where she spent nearly 15 years honing her skills in customer service and operations management. In 2012, she transitioned into property and facilities management, developing extensive expertise in both residential and corporate sectors. She also holds relevant professional qualifications in her field. Outside of work, Michelle is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her two dogs and Maine Coon cat. She has a keen interest in archery, darts, target shooting, sea swimming, and walking. Michelle is also a passionate supporter of Kerry GAA and Manchester City.
