Tenant passport:

When more than one applicant is applying for a property the first named applicant is to complete the form on behalf of all other applicants with their full consent. The main applicant will then receive a copy of the completed tenant passport application and will be the sole point of contact with Owen Reilly until agreements are required.

We are required by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) to store data on buyers, landlords, vendors, and tenants’ data for seven years.
