Tenant Passport: When more than one applicant is applying for a property the first named applicant is to complete the form on behalf of the other applicants and with their full consent. The main applicant will receive a copy of the completed tenant passport application and will be the sole person who deals with Owen Reilly on the application until agreements are required for all said applicants.
