We are now transferring these skills into the fast-growing PRS (Private Rental Sector) Dublin market. We are uniquely positioned to satisfy clients in this sector including developers, funds and REITs.

The PRS sector in Dublin is getting more competitive with more developments becoming available. We devise tailored marketing strategies for each of our developments that generate organic leads. On our social media channels we generate thousands of views on our client’s PRS developments. Our award winning website and marketing team gives our client’s developments real advantages over competing schemes.

Quayside Quarter.

Quayside Quarter is a development of 268 units launched by Greystar in the summer of 2020. We worked alongside the Greystar team on a joint agency basis. Greystar dealt with  all portal leads from, and their dedicated website. We generated our own leads from our own website, marketing, network, and database. This was a challenging project due to COVID-19 restrictions, which at times included restrictions on physical viewings and travel and work from home orders. Our proximity to the development, strength of network and our expertise with VR tours and virtual viewings meant we generated strong leads which we were able to close despite the ongoing challenges.  When the development reached full occupancy in 2022, our involvement ended.

One Lime Street.

One Lime Street is a brand new development by DubLiv of 216 one and two bedroom apartments located in the heart of Dublin Docklands that offers residents A-rated homes and exceptional on-site amenities including resident lounges, gym, and media room. We have a dedicated One Lime Street lettings team led by Reid Thomas and Owen Reilly. We implemented a tailored marketing strategy for the development, which has ensured that we meet our KPIs by successfully placing new tenants on a weekly basis. As part of our role of letting agent we provide extensive reporting to our client on weekly progress made, so they can provide updates to key stakeholders.

OPUS at 6 Hanover Quay.

OPUS at 6 Hanover Quay is a development of 120 apartments located in the heart of Dublin Docklands. We were appointed as agents in August 2023. Since then, a number of residents have left the development and our role is to let available units quickly. We have a dedicated OPUS lettings team in place and we are letting units when they become available quickly. We are meeting our agreed KPIs with low void periods.  Overall, we have generated thousands of views on OPUS across our social media channels and as new rentals are released to us, we are renting them quickly. We will continue to achieve the best result for our client on this project.
