We are seeking a young professional who wants to develop a career in the always interesting Dublin property sector. This role will cover all aspects of property and is based in our newly opened Ballsbridge branch. This person will be mentored with the goal of becoming an agent themselves within two to three years.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and deal with queries in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Manage office diary.

- Assisting on closings and move ins.

- Assist in management of website, CRM, bidding platform, portals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional operation of a residential management portfolio with particular emphasis on client and OMC director relationship management, property management team support and continuous improvement. Property Portfolio Manager
We are seeking an experienced property management professional to manage a high quality property portfolio in the city centre and suburbs. This is a dynamic role and perfect for someone who likes dealing with people and likes every day to be different. You will ideally possess appropriate third level degree and/or professional qualification and have 3+ years relevant experience with relevant PSRA licence.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct interim inspections on managed properties.
- Protect the value of our client’s assets.
- Coordinate pre-letting works on managed properties.
- Conduct rent reviews.
- Instruct, manage and monitor third party contractors to deliver services required for property maintenance.
- Work with finance team to minimise rental arrears.
- All tenancy administration.
- Understand and comply with all of the relevant provisions of the PSR Act, current Anti Money Laundering, BER and Data Protection Legislation and any other legislation relevant to a property professional operating in Ireland.
Ideal candidate will have:
