A qualified accountant (FCCA, CTA, MBA, IATI), he brings extensive experience from senior finance roles in Ireland. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a particular strength in service-based finance and business partnering. Colman has worked at Board level, supporting strategic decision-making, and is known for his clear, practical approach to finance. He enjoys making complex financial information accessible and actionable for business leaders. Outside of work, Colman enjoys golf and travelling. He is a Leinster Rugby season ticket holder and has a keen interest in current affairs.
