Steven is Head of Agency at Owen Reilly, where he has overall responsibility for leading the sales and lettings division. He plays a central role in setting strategy, driving performance, and ensuring the highest standards of client service across the business. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day management of the agency team, Steven provides leadership, training, and mentoring to agents, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Working closely with Owen, Steven is actively involved in business development and special projects, contributing to the long-term vision and expansion of the company. With nine years’ experience spanning sales, lettings, and branch management, he combines deep sector knowledge with a proven track record of delivering results. Steven also holds a Higher Certificate in Real Estate from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.
Based in South Dublin with his wife and daughter, Steven is passionate about the property sector and enjoys long-distance running in his free time.
