We are seeking an ambitious, organised and detail-oriented Operations & Property Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and wants to build a long-term career in the property industry.
Unlike many administration roles, this position offers exposure to every aspect of the residential property market, including sales, lettings, property management and finance. You will work closely with experienced professionals across the business and gain a level of industry knowledge that is difficult to find elsewhere.
About the Role
You will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, helping to ensure a first-class experience for our clients, tenants, landlords, owners and colleagues.
No two days are the same. One day you may be onboarding a new property, assisting with a sales launch or supporting a property manager. The next, you could be helping the finance team, coordinating inspections or managing client communications.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Respond to client, tenant and contractor enquiries by phone and email.
- Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.

- Coordinate appointments, surveys and access arrangements.
Sales & Lettings Support
- Onboard new vendors, landlords and properties.
- Update property information across internal systems.
- Assist with property launches and marketing administration.
- Coordinate photographers, surveys, valuations and viewings.
- Support agents throughout the sales and lettings process.
Property Management Support
- Assist with tenant onboarding and compliance procedures.
- Manage maintenance requests and contractor communications.
- Process tenancy administration and reference requests.
- Support inspection scheduling and reporting.
- Maintain property management software and records.
Finance Support
- Process supplier invoices and client payments.
- Assist with banking administration and payment runs.
- Reconcile records and maintain accurate financial data.
- Issue receipts, statements and supporting documentation.
- Support the Head of Finance and Operations with administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, operations or office support.

Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced property management professional to manage a high-quality property portfolio in Dublin city centre and suburbs and join our award-winning team. This is a dynamic role and perfect for someone who likes dealing with people and working in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally possess appropriate third level degree and /or professional qualification and have 3+ years relevant experience with relevant PSRA licence.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct interim inspections on managed properties.
- Work closely with the lettings team.
- Protect the value of our client’s assets.
- Coordinate pre-letting works on managed properties.
- Conduct rent reviews.
- Instruct, manage, and monitor third party contractors to deliver services required for property maintenance.
- Work with finance team to minimise rental arrears.
- Some tenancy administration.
- Managing move outs.
- Understand and comply with all the relevant provisions of the PSR Act, current Anti Money Laundering, BER and Data Protection Legislation and any other legislation relevant to a property professional operating in Ireland.
Ideal candidate will have:
- In depth knowledge of the Dublin residential market.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal and results orientated.
- Ability to identify opportunities and win new business.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
- Must have relevant PSRA licence.
