Owen Reilly is looking for a Head of Block Management to take ownership of our expanding block management portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with strong autonomy and a direct link to performance-based profit-sharing.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow our block management division with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
- Win and manage relationships with OMCs and developers across Dublin.
- Oversee operations, compliance, and financial performance for each scheme.
- Chair AGMs, manage budgets, and ensure high standards in service delivery.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team as the division scales.
- Collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to shape future growth.
What You’ll Bring
- PSRA Licence D with at least 5 years of residential block management experience.
- A proven track record in leadership, business development, and client success.
- Strong understanding of the MUD Act and property regulations.
- Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
