We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our Dublin 4 team in Ballsbridge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a fast paced negotiator role with extensive knowledge and expertise of the prime Dublin property market.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in residential sales and lettings, ideally in Dublin 4.
- In depth knowledge of the Dublin residential market.
- A client base.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated.
- An ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
- Active on all social media platforms.
- Must have a PSRA licence: both B and C categories are essential.
- Must have a car and a full drivers licence.
Salary on application. Strong commission is on offer for the right candidate.
