We were engaged to sell this fine three bedroom semi-detached home in Leopardstown, South Dublin. The Gallops is a wonderful, long-established estate and home to over 600 families.
We reviewed all recent sales in the development and also those properties currently for sale, some of which were on the market for quite some time.
The marketing strategy included professional photography, VR tour, matching emails and digital advertising through the property portals. We also ran featured adverts in the Irish Times property supplement.
Supported from our local Southside branch, we offered the house for sale with an asking price of €520,000. After three weeks of strong enquiries and viewing numbers, we generated bidding from multiple bidders. In the end we sold the property for €538,000, well above the asking price.
