2 Hawthorn Close was featured in the Irish Times. A three-bedroom A-rated house on the fringes of Dublin city centre is not something that you see too often. Hawthorn Close was built in 2016 on an infill site in East Wall, Dublin 3. The three houses that make up the micro-development have the benefit of being energy efficient, while also being in a mature, established community a short walk from the capital’s main streets.
