We have released our key rental stats for May which includes some interesting trends the team have experienced on the Dublin residential market over the last number of weeks. Some key trends are noted when compared to April 2021.
- Average rent was €2,191, 8.2% increase on the previous month.
- There was a significant increase on average household salary up by 41%.
- There was a shift in status with single people accounting for 50%, up from 10%.
- Average age of our tenants remained the same at 31.
