I had a rental property and was undecided whether to rent again or sell. I met Owen at the property in Blackrock in January.He listened to me and was quite happy to do either. He sent me a very useful document outlining the process for renting and selling. I decided to sell. He advised me how to prepare the property in advance of selling. He visited the property again before taking on the sale. The whole process was really smooth and efficient. He had really professional photos taken and had the property launched by mid March which I had hoped for. He suggested a realistic asking price and told me he would expect it to be exceeded. He did a super job marketing on social media and had huge interest built in one week. The sale was agreed 3-4 weeks later and I loved the way Owen checked in with me every week. He advised me to sell at a price which he believed was a fair outcome. I was so happy with the advice and he was right to accept the final offer without dragging it out for weeks and weeks. I got updates every time a new bid was made. There was constant contact until the keys changed hands and I’m so glad I went with Owen Reilly and Luke. They were highly professional and made what could have been an ordeal for me a, very pleasant experience.
