We have released our Dublin Residential market report and our Dublin transactions up to the end of August show our selling prices are 2% above our asking prices. 66% of our buyers are owner occupiers, where 64% are Irish and only 53% require a mortgage. In the rental sector our average rent per month is now €2,314, 4.2% higher than 2018. 81% of our tenants are non-Irish and 54% work in the technology sector. Strikingly only 7% of our tenants in Dublin Docklands are in fact Irish. The average household salary of our tenants is €125,385, up 8% on 2018. We continue to achieve the asking price and higher on 78% of our sales. See full report below.
