I have been a contractor for almost ten years, and I have rented before without any problems in cities like Copenhagen, Dusseldorf, Amsterdam. I never thought renting in Dublin was going to be so difficult. I spent a couple of weeks contacting different agencies and private landlords and I was lucky if I even got an answer, so imagine about a viewing. Luckily, I came through a property represented by Owen Reilly Dublin Estate Agents.
