One of the things that annoys me in many “service” organisations is the fact that so many provide such poor service.

I have been dealing with you and your team now for 4 years know and I can affirm with experience that you are one of the best in the business for both property management and sales. From the moment I started working with your company both you and your staff have always been highly responsive, customer centric and efficient. I never have to worry about whats “going on” because you always have kept me fully appraised of everything connected with my property.

When I put the apartment on the market in February I was hoping to get the asking price perhaps a little more and I would have expected the whole process to take a few months. In fact you found some excellent potential buyers and in the end a deal was agreed which was far in excess of my expectations and the whole process took less than 2 months. This is an outstanding result and one for which I am truly grateful.
