Now that the sale of my house has been completed, I would like to pay tribute to you and your team for the friendly and efficient way in which the business was carried out.
From the first phone call I made to your office I felt I was getting a very personal service. I appreciated the prompt feedback I got from your initial survey of the property to the various viewings and interest in the house. Your staff were always courteous, helpful and understanding – which meant a lot as I was conducting the sale of the house from abroad!
Thirteen weeks from first viewings to close of sale seems to me to be a very brisk campaign! I was very impressed with the brochure and online publicity.

One of the things that annoys me in many “service” organisations is the fact that so many provide such poor service.
I have been dealing with you and your team now for 4 years know and I can affirm with experience that you are one of the best in the business for both property management and sales. From the moment I started working with your company both you and your staff have always been highly responsive, customer centric and efficient. I never have to worry about whats “going on” because you always have kept me fully appraised of everything connected with my property.
When I put the apartment on the market in February I was hoping to get the asking price perhaps a little more and I would have expected the whole process to take a few months. In fact you found some excellent potential buyers and in the end a deal was agreed which was far in excess of my expectations and the whole process took less than 2 months. This is an outstanding result and one for which I am truly grateful.
I will be sorry not to have regular dealings with you in the future but you can rest assured that I will be highly recommending your services to any contact in Dublin who needs your services.
