We have released our September & October data which confirms that across Dublin our selling prices were 1.2% above our asking with an average price of €558 per sq.ft. during this period. Average rental now stands at €2,253 per month and 65% of our tenants are working in the technology sector.
We have released our Dublin Residential market report and our Dublin transactions up to the end of August show our selling prices are 2% above our asking prices.
